Big things happening

1. Forward-facing car seat
2. Trying to get in the mask game

This is almost 2. He’s not thrilled in the pic because he wanted the blue car seat, not the black one so that fun game is starting too.

Springtime

We have a pair of turtle doves living in our mud room. They made a nest on top of some suitcases. There are even two eggs! Here’s to hoping everything goes well and they move on safely once the babies are born.

The Crew

Love out Caspersen buds

Kap got to show Isla his fish

And he was so very excited to have something to show her for once.

Another very-thought-out outfit of Isla’s. She doesn’t wear as much tulle but she still puts a ton of thought into all of her layers.

And snacks- of course

My little butterfly

Isla absolutely loves kinder. I got to pick her up from school on Friday and she was all dressed up as a butterfly and absolutely glowing. Most of the kids had taken their wings and antennas off but not little Isla- she still loves dressing up any chance she gets and I’m not about to rush her through that.

Her student teacher was so excited to tell me that she wrote 11 sentences all on her own- in Spanish!! Keep killin’ it little one. You will move mountains one day.

And she couldn’t wait to see Q after school and give him a flower she picked for him.

Favorite school project yet

It’s our first week back at 5 days a week. Not full days yet but still a big shift. Oddly, the work assigned for at home for Q hasn’t changed. He has a ton of work to get done after school every night. To say that I am proud of him and admire his diligence and accountability is the understatement of the year. He is such a hard worker and so smart.

Keep it up little buddy. You will move mountains!!

And have fun too. He absolutely loved this project. He had to make slime, wrote all about and even make a video. I think his teacher nailed this one. He cane home with the biggest smile on his face when he told us about it.

Never too many bath pics

Ok, maybe too many

Always trying to make us laugh

Big day at school for Boosch
